Our software delivery process has five stages: discover, design, develop, deploy and optimise. First, we agree the goals, scope and success measures with you. Then we design the screens and the architecture, build in short sprints, and show working software in a weekly demo. Finally, we launch carefully, monitor the system and keep improving it.
